Lead / Patient Access Specialist - Nampa 1st Clinic

Senior front‑office clinic staff position responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a professional clinical environment.

• Serve as the content expert at assigned clinics under the supervision of Operations leadership.
• Provide leadership and subject‑matter expertise in establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient front‑office environment.
• Offer ongoing training and support to promote staff development.
• Maintain the waiting‑room atmosphere, keep patients informed about wait times, and ensure a comfortable and clean waiting area.

• Minimum one year of team‑leader or manager experience, or demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience in a health‑care setting directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, including knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, major insurance carrier regulations, procedures, benefit plans, and experience working with computerized billing and medical accounts receivable systems.
• Strong computer skills, using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public and other staff; strong customer‑service and communication skills with a proven record of excellence.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Experience working with underserved populations.
• Typing speed of at least 45‑50 words per minute.
• Certified coder.
• MA education or experience.
• Basic understanding of accounts‑receivable accounting/bookkeeping concepts, preferably with computer‑based systems.
