• Work with and drive cross-functional teams to achieve goals;
• Communicate results from the reliability qualification, product monitoring and customer returns analysis performed to relevant stakeholders (Design, Product/Package Engineering and Manufacturing Product Engineering);
• Make recommendations for continuous improvements to relevant stakeholders on the design, materials and processes used to assemble and test our products.
