Brabeion Academy is Idaho’s first public charter sports school and a dedicated training ground for champions. As a school of sport, athletic development is not an "extra"—it is central to our mission and the core of our culture.

At Brabeion, we believe in rewarding impact and expertise. Our compensation package is designed to attract and retain the best:

Base Salary:
Begin with a $50,252 base salary (higher for educators placed on the PE or APE rungs of the Idaho Educator Career Ladder).

Significant Performance Pay:
On top of your base salary, you will be eligible to earn substantial quarterly performance bonuses.

Generous Stipends for Your Relevant Expertise:

• Master's Degree*:
  An additional $4,000 annually.
• EdS or PhD*:
  An additional $8,000 annually.
• Bilingual (Spanish Fluent)**:
  An additional $1,600 annually.
• Bilingual (Conversational Spanish)**:
  An additional $1,000 annually.

* Degree stipends are not stackable. Employee get one or the other, whichever is highest. All certified employees are eligible for degree stipends.

This is a dynamic, high-impact position designed for an athletic specialist who will excel on the court and in the training environment.

Athletic Performance Instruction
:
You will lead PE and intensive athletic training sessions. Specific placement in Elementary or Secondary levels will be determined by your coaching expertise and school needs.

Priority Athletic Programs
:
We are particularly interested in candidates with a high-level background in:

• Baseball / Softball
• Volleyball / Beach Volleyball
• Soccer
• Wrestling
• Dance / Cheer
• Track / Cross Country
• Basketball
• Extended Coaching Expectations
  :
  The selected candidate will be expected to take on additional coaching responsibilities for one or more of our competitive athletic programs for additional compensation.

• Elite Athletic Background
  :
  We are seeking individuals with a demonstrated background in coaching or athletic training at a high level.
• Education
  : A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Master’s Degree in an athletic/sports-related discipline is highly preferred.
• Teacher Certification
  :
  While an Idaho Standard Instructional Certificate is a plus, it is not a prerequisite. If you bring high-level coaching or athletic training experience, we will provide the pathway and support to get you certified while you work.

  Certifications:
  
  Candidates with professional certifications in athletic related discipline, including coaching licenses are strongly preferred.
