Schedule: Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

You’ll be responsible for providing foundation course instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula in compliance with government and management directives.

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct the foundation program and other activities, in accordance with corporate guidelines and approved schedule.
• Provide explicit instruction in study skills and employment readiness by motivating and counseling students.
• Select, develop and implement instructional material that aligns with career technical training, key academic and career success standards.
• Administer and correct tests; maintain progress and activities.
• Recommend an appropriate training program for each assigned student, using background files, personal interviews, tests and a variety of other assessment tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, education, or related field and one year related experience required.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
