Position Overview andKey Responsibilities
We are seeking a team member and leader with experience managing ground down construction development and utility/pipe projects. The role includes utilizing HCSS program to monitor and evaluate Foreman time cards, metrics, safety forms, maintenance requests, cost codes, usage of machines, etc. Knowledge of how the lines testing process works.
Focus:
Utility projects, mostly Boise/Nampa area but as far north to McCall and as far east to Gooding. Mostly local projects rarely an overnight trip.
Types of pipe: sewer, storm, and water (no gas or fiber).
System used for tracking project details, time cards: HCSS (similar to Procore).
Company vehicle + phone + computer.
Qualifications- 3+ years leadership in sewer, water services, storm drains
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Amiable Personality with appreciation for details.
- Ability to lead foremans with mutual respect

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
