Clerk IV - Accounts Receivable

• Manage accounts receivable, credit, collections, and billing operations
• Analyze customer payment patterns and assess credit or financial risk
• Review and validate customer deduction claims and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and systemic issues
• Assist with reporting, trend identification, and process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or billing
  
  Strong understanding of credit evaluation and invoice-level billing processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
• Outstanding interpersonal, mathematical, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and reconciliation of A/R activity
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
