We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable civil engineering contractor delivering projects across Moray and Aberdeenshire. They are seeking either an experienced Civils Site Manager or a Civils Foreman looking to progress into a site management role.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations on a range of civil engineering projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

• Managing site activities and subcontractors
• Overseeing works including drainage, earthworks, and plotworks
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
• Assisting with or preparing RAMS
• Organising and delivering site inductions (preferred but not essential)

• Proven experience within civil engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of drainage, earthworks, and plotworks
• Based within Moray or Aberdeenshire, or able to travel to projects
• Full, unrestricted UK right to work
• Organised, proactive, and able to lead site teams
