Automation Lead
- Appium

Requirements

BE/MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Proven mobile automation testing experience for Android mobile app using Java + Appium

Good command over Java programming language

Experience in Groovy is an advantage

Experience in CI/CD and automation regression using Jenkins

Experience in medical devices or in hardware integration into software automation framework is an advantage

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Job responsibilities

Relevant years of experience in designing, implementing and supporting automation solution for mobile applications.

Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.

Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases

Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function

Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate

Mandatory experience in Appium to build automation solution for Android.

Experience developing automated tests for Android technologies.

Experience on BDD approach

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problems in large systems.

Experience With Jenkins, Gitlab Or Other Continuous Integration Systems.
