Role Overview
Hoora is hiring a High-Impact SEO Head with deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, combined with a strong AI-first mindset.
This is not a generic marketing role it is a pure SEO leadership position where you will own the entire organic growth function, including automation, data, content systems, and 100+ dynamic local pages.
If you excel at scaling organic traffic, love technical SEO challenges, and leverage AI + automation to outperform competition this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Page SEO
Own the content strategy for service pages, local city pages, and D2C product pages.
Create and manage keyword clusters for hyperlocal, D2C, and insurance categories.
Improve internal linking, schema, page UX, and topical authority.
Lead AI-driven content briefs, optimization, and scaling.
2. Off-Page SEO
Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat, authoritative strategies.
Manage city-wise authority building for 50+ hyperlocal service pages.
Drive organic mentions through PR, influencer collaborations, and local partnerships.
3. Technical SEO
Conduct regular technical audits (crawl budget, indexing, site performance).
Collaborate with developers to fix Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, robots, structured data.
Manage, optimize, and scale 100+ dynamic hyperlocal pages with automation + AI.
Resolve issues impacting crawlability, duplication, dynamic URLs, or mobile performance.
4. AI & Data-Driven Systems
Use AI tools for keyword clustering, content briefs, competitor gap analysis, and reporting.
Build automated dashboards for traffic, SERP movement, conversions, and page-level ROI.
Implement systems that decrease manual effort and increase SEO velocity.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
6+ years of pure SEO experience (on-page, off-page, tech).
Proven ability to scale local SEO + ecommerce SEO.
Strong experience with:
Google Search Console
GA4
Ahrefs
SEMrush
Screaming Frog
ChatGPT / AI tools
Experience managing large-scale local SEO (multi-city/multi-page).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
Worked on SEO for D2C or hyperlocal brands.
Experience building automated SEO systems.
Ability to coordinate with Dev teams on technical implementations.
