Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an IIM Campus Coordinator located in Mumbai. The IIM Campus Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between Jaro Education and various IIMs, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration. Key responsibilities include organizing and managing campus events, facilitating interactions between the company and students, providing program-related information, and supporting the execution of educational initiatives. The role also requires effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders and delivering a great representation of Jaro Education at IIM campuses.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with IIM faculty, students, and stakeholders.
Customer service abilities to address inquiries and maintain professional relationships with external partners.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Good knowledge of higher education, particularly executive and online education programs.
A bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
