Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Head of Department (HoD) position for the Hospitality Management department at Raisoni Education, located in Nagpur. The HoD will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training programs. Responsibilities include curriculum design, faculty mentoring, student support, industry collaboration for internships and placements, and organizing industry-specific seminars and workshops.

The role also involves managing department budgets, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the department.

Qualifications
A PhD and master's degree or higher in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong expertise in customer service and hospitality to guide and mentor students effectively.
Proficient in hospitality service and food & beverage operations, demonstrating industry-standard practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage department operations and foster teamwork.
Experience in academic leadership or teaching in higher education is desirable.
Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to establish industry partnerships is an added advantage.
