Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Degree to manage day-to-day administrative operations.
Housekeeping & Facility management, Travel planning & general office upkeep to stores management, Time & attendance & office discipline.
Office security
Assistance in Purchase, Procurement and vendor Management, orders, performance etc.
Complete data Updation in server: to Admin.
Organizing company events, meetings, and visitor arrangements.
Documentation and general admin tasks.
Key
Skills Required:
Strong coordination and multitasking skills
Good negotiation and vendor management abilities
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP handling & computer soft skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
