This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to assist in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, you will interact with customers regularly, guiding the customer experience with the store team. You will strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.
