Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or dietary optionsli>
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards is a plus
