Spherion - - Responsibilities:
Preform:
Manufacturing raw rubber into specific shapes/sizes to meet production requirements;
Press Operations:
Operating compression, transfer, or injection presses to mold the preformed rubber into seals or gaskets;
Finishing:
Using hand tools or automated trim machines to trim or buff parts to final specifications;
Documentation:
Recording accurate and timely data for production and quality reports;
Safety & Maintenance:
Actively participating in safety programs and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace
