Production Associate​/Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate / Operator to join their team. As a Production Associate / Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate / Operator

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Operate presses and assist machine operators to ensure smooth production flow
• Remove parts from presses and separate them from scrap material
• Assemble parts, stack, or package finished products according to specifications
• Follow all safety guidelines, practices, and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, report unsafe conditions, and ensure safety devices are in place

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to support extended assignments as needed
