• Assists in age‑specific perioperative care and preparation of Vascular Imaging patients by performing routine and delegated duties according to standards and policies of the hospital.
• Performs scrub duties and related procedures; provides assistance in emergency as well as elective and scheduled cases.
• Assists in the preparation, transportation and supervision of patients; meets physical comfort needs of patient; reports emergencies and administers emergency treatment.
• Scrubs instruments and equipment; works on call as scheduled.
• Responsible for the care, trouble shooting and maintenance of the C‑arm.
• Performs general clerical duties by preparing, compiling and maintaining records in the Cath Lab; schedules patients for surgery, treatments or tests; orders and stores supplies; answers telephone; assists physicians in locating patients’ films; prepares routine, confidential and/or special reports, documents and records; assists with patient/quality improvement audits.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Graduate of an Accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• Minimum Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year experience as an ECHO Tech
• Required Certification: BLS, preference for ACLS
• Required Licensure: (None listed)
• Skills:
  
  Computer, typewriter skills
• Note – Required certifications are to be completed by 3 months of employment.
