Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and execute the monthly close process, including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations

+ Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

+ Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

+ Support external audits and assist with tax-related filings and documentation

+ Compile, analyze, and distribute standard and ad-hoc financial reports and KPIs

+ Assist with financial analysis for periodic business reviews

+ Contribute to documentation and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting

+ 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience

+ Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting

+ 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
