Supply Chain Associate | Pharma Industry

This role is for a  Supply Chain Associate  in the  Pharma Industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant management of materials within the supply chain, with a strong focus on  cGMP adherence ,  QMS activities , and  inventory control .

Key Responsibilities    Adhere to cGMP  (current good manufacturing practices) and safety practices.
Prepare  Departmental SOPs  (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure their effective implementation.
Improve  QMS (Quality Management System) activities  as per requirements.
Daily  monitoring and recording of environmental conditions  in the warehouse.
Maintain  stock records  and conduct monthly  stock verification .
Update all  logbooks and records  as per SOP.
Ensure  100% compliance in QMS and EHS  (Environment, Health, and Safety) by following SOPs.
Ensure  materials segregation  in both Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) with proper labeling.
Maintain proper  housekeeping in the dispensing booth and sampling area .
Handle  inward/in-process operations for multiple shifts , including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoice maintenance, and material inwarding.

Skills & Qualifications   Hands-on experience in  SAP, MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning) Modules .
Strong understanding and adherence to  cGMP and safety practices .
Proficiency in  QMS activities and documentation .
Experience in  inventory management and stock reconciliation .
Ability to manage  inward/in-process operations .
