Hub Collections Manager

Role & responsibilities  :
Manage the recovery process for LAP & BL products in the respective region, ensuring optimal collection efficiency.
Hire, train, and lead a team of Branch Collection Managers/Executives, providing continuous mentoring and coaching.
Monitor collection performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to minimize NPAs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Fraud, and Central Teams) to streamline collection strategies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and team productivity.
Drive team engagement, retention, and development, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies in collection and recovery operations.

Qualifications & Experience :
5-8 years of experience in collections & recovery in the NBFC/BFSI sector.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in team management and debt recovery strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
