Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with de-escalation and timely notification to appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, watching for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access.;
Control access at designated points by monitoring entries and exits, verifying credentials as required, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in and/or destination areas.;
Complete thorough documentation of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as needed.
