Titan Security Group - - Responsibilities:
Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property, including retail stores, restaurants, parking lots, entertainment zones, and pedestrian walkways;
Provide courteous assistance to guests, offering directions, answering questions, and creating a visible, approachable presence to enhance the overall visitor experience;
Respond promptly and professionally to disturbances, emergencies, medical situations, or suspicious activity;
Collaborate with the surveillance team to monitor CCTV systems and report irregular activities or safety concerns;
Maintain detailed incident and activity reports, including logs of patrol rounds, observed hazards, and guest interactions
