Job Description

Proactively engage service customers about upgrading their current vehicle

Identify equity opportunities using dealership tools and CRMEducate customers on available incentives, trade-in values, and new vehicle options and more.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage service customers about upgrading their current vehicle
  • Identify equity opportunities using dealership tools and CRM
  • Educate customers on available incentives, trade-in values, and new vehicle options
  • Schedule appointments for the Sales Team and follow up on leads
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program performance
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Sales Managers to maximize conversions
  • Deliver a friendly, professional experience that reflects Sparks Toyota’s reputation
Requirements
  • Prior dealership, BDC, or sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence initiating conversations with service customers
  • Ability to learn dealership systems and follow structured processes
  • Positive, energetic personality with a team-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
