• Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline to meet customer buying/selling needs
• Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections with professionalism and integrity
• Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents to provide quick response times
