Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Agent position located in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Marketing Agent will be responsible for promoting Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ products and services while providing excellent customer service to potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with guests, sharing information about the resort’s offerings, generating leads, and consistently striving to meet sales and marketing targets. Collaboration with team members to execute marketing strategies effectively will be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation and target achievements
• Customer Service expertise and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in negotiating, engaging effectively with guests, and handling inquiries
• Adaptability, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
