We’re a rapidly expanding roofing company looking for an Inside Sales Representative who’s ready to dominate the phones, convert leads quickly, and become a top producer. Here, your drive determines your income—and top performers are recognized, rewarded, and promoted.
What You’ll Do- Make 120+ Outbound Calls Daily: Connect with hot and warm leads from sources like Hatch, Angi Ads, and Networx.
- Convert Inbound Leads Fast: Speed matters. You’ll be expected to book appointments within minutes—not hours.
- Schedule Estimates with Precision: Book and confirm free roofing estimates for interested homeowners.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and take pride in your numbers.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with outside sales and installation teams to deliver a seamless, 5-star customer experience.
- Follow Up Relentlessly: Re-engage unbooked leads until they convert or opt out.
- Crush Your KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed your daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- 82%+ Call Booking Rate
- 120+ Outbound Calls/Day
- 20%+ Booking Rate on Lead Aggregators
- 100+ Booked Estimates/Month = Bonus Eligible
- You’ll be a great fit if you are competitive, driven, and unfazed by rejection.
- Have experience in sales (home improvement/roofing is a plus but not required).
- Thrive in a performance-tracked environment and love leader board recognition.
- Are organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Are goal-focused and take ownership of your results.
- $1,250/week base pay plus $30 per qualified appointment booked (Qualified = Run and presented by field sales reps)
