Compensation

Hourly wage: $15.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
  • Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
  • Conduct daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships.
  • Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while focusing on customer service.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
  • Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Perform outside‑office duties as needed: on‑site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing.
  • Meet company‑set performance standards through business‑to‑business partnerships, referrals, and community events.
  • Maintain office security protocols and manage vault and cash drawer during opening and closing.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws; conduct audits and compile financial data.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness, scheduling maintenance services.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain a full‑time, 40‑hour work schedule, including weekends.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle (mileage compensated).
  • Background check required.
  • Ability to meet physical demands: standing up to 90% of the time, moving up to 25 pounds, operating mechanical controls.
Nice to Haves

Preferred Qualifications
  • Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, or related industries.
  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus and may be required for certain locations).
