This position will be responsible for delivering food menu items to guests in an efficient and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS- Completes assigned side-work duties
- Communicates with kitchen, host and service staff to maintain efficiency and guest service
- Communicates with bar staff to maintain efficiency and guest service
- Communicates with each guest when delivering food items
- Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and at the completion of the meal
- Assists with removal of trash during shift
- Assists in getting ice and other bar items as needed
- Assists in transporting beer and liquor from bar to Marketplace as needed
- Assists in kitchen opening and closing procedures
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
- Prior experience in the food industry preferred.
