The RN (Team Manager) plays a pivotal role in leading and coordinating a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional patient care within a healthcare setting. Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate complex clinical operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Nursing Leadership or Management (e.g., Nurse Executive Certification).
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics.
- Proven track record in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as The Joint Commission and CMS guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of registered nurses and support staff to ensure effective delivery of nursing care.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, manage workload distribution, and monitor team performance to meet clinical and operational goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans and quality improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and nursing best practices through regular audits and training.
- Address and resolve patient care issues, staff concerns, and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate ongoing education and professional development opportunities for nursing staff to maintain clinical competencies.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to patient care, staffing, and team performance metrics.
