RN Neuro Stroke – Sign‑On Bonus

Grand Strand Medical Center – HCA is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Neuro Stroke unit. This role includes a sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with state and specialty standards. Working with the medical team, you will provide personalized and compassionate care, advocate for patients and families, and embody the organization’s vision and values to ensure a positive patient experience.

• Assess patients during admission and at each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitor patients, and document care in the medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and act promptly to any adverse reactions.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues to maintain exceptional care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow‑up care, ensuring clear understanding.

• Active RN license in a compact or standard state; clear and current.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, obtained within 30 days of employment start.
• Registered Nurse diploma (ASN, BSN, MSN) required.
