Custodial/ Maintenance Personnel Premire association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. This is a part-time position scheduled Wednesday-Sunday 8:00am-12:00pm.

• Custodial duties:
  Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms and elevators, etc.
• Maintenance:
  Painting
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Must be dependable
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be an independent worker
• Weekends required
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
