Are you a litigation attorney with a background in personal injury or criminal law? Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re hiring a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic law firm in the Myrtle Beach, SC area.

What You’ll Do as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney:

In this role, you will handle a variety of personal injury litigation matters from start to finish. Specifically, you will:

• Represent clients in court and legal proceedings
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and more
• Walk clients through every step of the legal process
• Work with expert witnesses and prepare reports
• Appear at depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Travel throughout SC for court appearances when needed

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring both experience and dedication. Ideal candidates will have:

• A JD and South Carolina Bar membership
• At least 1-3 years of litigation experience
• Solid legal writing and research skills
• Confidence in handling evidence and witness interviews
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and lift document boxes when needed
