AM & PM Guest Service Agent - Grande Shores Resort
$14.00-$16.00 per hour Full Time
Front desk agents welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; giving the agent responsibility for a first impression. Some of the daily duties include, but are not limited to: checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits to guests' reservations.
Job Responsibilities- Check guests in and out of the resort
- Issue guest keys appropriately
- Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests
- Accommodate guests scheduled to stay as needed
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs
- Resolve quest concern; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
