Guest Services Supervisor: PM Shift - Avista Resort
The person in this position reports directly to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for managing front desk operations. This involves coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and cancellations. The Supervisor will partner with other department heads to ensure that all guest needs and concerns are properly addressed.
Responsibilities- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
- Schedule staff based on business needs
- Assist guests in making, changing, and canceling reservations
- Work directly with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure that all guest requests are achieved in a timely and correct manner
- Inform housekeeping of late check outs, blocked rooms, and requests from guests
- Accurately inform guest of our room types, rates, and amenities
- Available to work a flexible schedule including 2nd & 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work with our front desk operating system
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
