This position is responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas to include offices, pool decks, parking lots, breakrooms, storage locations, and restrooms. Additional responsibilities include the cleaning of the sales center and other sales areas. This position will perform thorough cleaning of all common areas, to include trash removal, removal of towels from the pool decks, organizing and cleaning of pool chairs as well as restocking of supplies to restrooms according to the standards and expectations of the resort.

Assist in laundry inventories, clean laundry area, fold and store laundry bags and operate washer and dryer equipment. Move linen, linen carts, and/or bags of linen as needed. Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties And Tasks
  • Perform cleaning/sanitizing/stocking of restrooms and breakrooms.
  • Perform cleaning; trash/recycling removal of all common areas and office areas. Removal of pool towels from pool areas.
  • Perform cleaning of exterior and interior cleaning of offices and common area.
  • Pressure washing of buildings and common areas, and basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris.
  • Stocking linen closets.
  • Delivering villa inventory.
  • Must lift/carry up to 75 lbs., when necessary.
  • Fold and store Laundry bags.
  • Operate washer and dryer equipment.
Education And/or Experience
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in Team Cleaning concepts is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
  • Ability to be self-directed.
  • Skill in attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with an active driver's license and 1 year of driving experience.
