- Balance daily financial transactions and post night audit summaries

- Generate and distribute reports for management and accounting teams
- Perform overnight front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Respond to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies during the night shift
- Prepare folios and ensure accurate billing for departing guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Monitor security protocols and escalate issues when necessary
