Myrtle Beach, SC. Full‑time, salary‑based, 8‑hour day (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), Monday‑Friday.

This position will be working in the Myrtle Beach clinic daily. We are a leading physician group serving South Carolina and Georgia, dedicated to delivering quality healthcare directly to patients in care facilities, homes, clinics, and virtual visits. Our services include comprehensive primary care, specialty services, and pharmacy support, tailored to meet diverse patient needs.

• Assist with clinical scheduling needs for clinic patients.
• Ensure a smooth registration process for new patients.
• Efficient appointment scheduling for new and existing patients.
• Coordinate appointments between patients and appropriate healthcare providers according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare preferred.
• Preferred CMA, LPN, or RN.
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably a scheduling or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
