Physical Therapist – Acute Care
Full-Time | Mission-Driven Nonprofit Hospital | Relocation & Loan Repayment Support
Step Into Acute Care with Real MentorshipWe’re partnered with a respected, not-for-profit health system to hire a full-time PT for their Acute Care department. You’ll get true clinical variety, a patient-first pace, and leadership that invests in your growth.
New grads are encouraged to apply; structured onboarding and mentorship are built in.
Broad Clinical Exposure
- Treat across ICU, PICU, trauma, neuro, post-surgical, joint replacement, and more
- Cross-training encouraged to build versatile hospital skills
Patient-First Culture
- 30-minute treatments, no rigid quotas
- ~11 patients/day so you can individualize care and outcomes
Schedule Flexibility
- Options like 5x8s or 4x10s
- Minimal weekend rotation; optional extra shifts at PRN pay
Support & Growth
- Structured new-grad onboarding + dedicated mentorship
- CEU assistance, education days, and clear internal growth pathways
