Medical Receptionist

As a Receptionist you will ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. You will report to the Clinic Manager/Center Administrator and be part of the front desk team.

As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as:

• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries.
• Greet patients, verify demographics, and prepare them for exams.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries.
• Process patient payments and handle billing-related tasks.

• 1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Certification in medical reception, medical administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations protocols.
• This is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We require TB screening upon hire.

• Value-based care model experience.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

$38,000 - $45,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
