Hiring for all shifts. Mon‑Fri; every other weekend required. Availability for weekends, evenings and flexible hours is required.

• Participate in the development and updates of Personalized Service Plans; attend service plan review meetings with families as requested.
• Follow the hydration schedule established for residents and ensure it is maintained during the shift.
• Complete resident meal attendance sheets and ensure any resident who has not dined in the dining room has been provided room service and/or accounted for.
• Know and comply with all resident rights.
• Initiate, assign, and assist with activities, as appropriate.
• Check all assigned residents daily for cleanliness, appropriate clothing, continence issues, and changes in condition.
• Use proper sanitary procedures and universal precautions.
• Check assigned resident rooms daily for general cleanliness and neatness; take appropriate action. Ensure high‑risk rooms are double‑checked.
• Assist with conducting laundry room and common area checks for cleanliness and exposed hazardous chemicals; take appropriate action (contacting housekeeping, personally cleaning the room, securing chemicals).
• Complete all ADLs for assigned residents according to the resident’s Personalized Service Plan (PSP).
• Respond to the security system and resident call bells promptly and immediately; take appropriate action including resetting call bells.

• High School education preferred and may be required by the state.
• Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position.
• Knowledge and experience in the Assisted Living industry and dementia care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flex hours; available to customers at peak service delivery days and times.
