LPN
Employer:
Dr. Naishaj Shah is seeking a FT lead LPN for his primary care practice.
- Room patients in a timely manner
- Obtain accurate vital signs inclusive of ABN’s
- Administer vaccines
- Perform UA
- Retrieve hospital records if needed for appointments
- Obtain medical records and waivers
- Administer medications and record documentation in EHR
- Perform lab and proficiency tests, daily controls, EKG’s, UAs and any other tasks requested by the physician
- Make appointments, complete referrals, pre‑certs, lab orders in a timely manner
- Clean rooms after each patient, reclean, restock, check outdated supplies at end of day
- Complete scanning daily, work with triage nurse to ensure script requests, pre‑certs, phone messages and other duties are finished before shift ends
- Work with other nurses to keep drug closet neat, help with inventory ordering supplies
- Work under office guidelines, OSHA, DHEC, HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, perform any other duties as requested
- Valid SC license
- Current BLS certification
Hours:
M-F, 8-5.
Practice located at 831 82nd Parkway, Myrtle Beach.
