- Performs Nuclear Medicine examinations, with protocols as outlined by the Radiologist and Cardiologist.
- Operates nuclear medicine equipment and prepares the room with the necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure.
- Other duties include clerical tasks, scheduling, transporting, ordering supplies, inventory, cleaning, and other duties as deemed necessary by the medical imaging management team.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Associate Degree.
- (CNMT) Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or (ARRT-N) Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- (NMT) Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.
