• Assist the Director of Finance/Controller in supervising the Finance office and managing various projects.
• Ensure financial reporting requirements are completed in accordance with Hilton’s standards of quality and performance.
• Manage and direct the performance of the Finance staff, fostering teamwork, holding meetings, managing supplies, disciplinary action, and special projects; direct responsibility for Accounts Receivable, Credit and Night Audit staff.
• Prepare budgets and maintain controls on spending to ensure budgetary limits are met; prepare annual depreciation schedules for furniture, equipment, building supplies, revisions and alterations.
• Review and approve all ledger account reconciliations, including bank statements, assets, liabilities and credit cards; coordinate and review monthly financial statements for accuracy; monitor coding of cash receipts.
• Assist Director of Finance/Controller with internal daily audits of cash deposits, transfers, and preparation/monitoring of the Capital budget; prepare financial reports weekly and monthly.
• Review and approve tax returns, prepare utilities and telephone accruals monthly, monitor inventory records to control accuracy of supply distribution, and ensure corporate compliance with all billing and credit standards.

• Must have experience in Hotel or Resort Finance Management.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with uniformed systems of accounting.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• CPA.
• Experience with Hilton proprietary systems.
• Experience with Pro Plan.

Job Type: Management

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE

This is a full‑time, year‑round position at the Kingston Resorts. Flexible schedule with weekends and holidays required.
