Responsible for the coordination of submittals and RFI's. Assists with tracking material deliveries, schedule updates and progress reporting and will be responsible for coordinating all closeout activities including obtaining the operations and maintenance manuals. Coordinates with the Owner regarding any training, warranties and stock materials and will assist the Superintendent with the on-site management of operations.
