Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive Compensation: $350,000 annually (W-2 structure)
• Collections-Based Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)
• Generous Performance Bonus: Substantial earnings potential through collections-based incentives once threshold is met
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Qualifications

• Degree: DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion
• Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of South Carolina
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons
