Overview
The Beach Automotive Front Desk Executive manages all incoming calls, responds to customer inquiries, creates an unparalleled customer experience, and communicates with all departments of our growing dealership. We also handle customer concerns/complaints until they are resolved. We assist in the support and training of our Sales Force.
Responsibilities- Manage all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with all departments of the dealership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints until they are resolved.
- Support and train the Sales Force as needed.
The ideal person will be an energetic, outgoing person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to earn a great living. Typing skills, a comfort level with the internet and Microsoft Office skills are a must. You will need to be able to handle high call volume, multi-task, follow guidelines and have a good phone voice. If you find yourself possessing all or most of these things, and like to smile a lot, you may be our guy or gal.
