Our team provides value-added services including individual and group flights, custom tours, short-term mission projects, ground transportation, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Disney & Universal packages, Sandals vacations, and travel insurance.
Role DescriptionThis is a contract (1099) remote role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for arranging travel plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include booking flights, customizing tours, arranging ground transportation, handling travel insurance, and managing all other travel-related needs.
Qualifications- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in arranging Travel Plans and working in a Travel Agency setting
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with travel booking software is a plus
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field is preferred
