• Be a friendly face of Mindzero, welcoming guests and members at the front door and serving up warmth, professionalism, and educated insight into their experience.
• Learning the MINDZERO brand and staying aligned in all communication with guests, members, and leads.
• Smoothly handle sales transactions for memberships, class packs, and merchandise.
• Responding to customer service inquiries, including emails and social media, in a timely manner.
• Building bonds with our clients, helping them to always feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Working with our team to solve problems and evolve together.
• Learn the Mariana Tek database and keep info up to date and accurate within the system.
• Handle memberships with skill, from contracts to cancellations.
• Keep our front desk and studio clean and fresh – yes, laundry duty included.

• Flexibility for at least 8 shifts monthly, including 2 weekends, and being available for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A love for strengthening community, top-notch communication skills, desire to learn and grow and a heart of gold.
• Willingness to work as a team.
• You’re no stranger to computers – tech skills, check!
