Job Title: Outbound Call Center Representative

Location: Mrytle Beach, SC - Onsite

Compensation:

• PM Shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM): $19/hour + performance bonuses

• Place outbound calls to guests interested in planning vacations
• Guide customers through selecting destinations, booking dates, and finalizing reservations
• Process payments and confirm all booking details accurately
• Provide helpful recommendations and address guest questions or concerns
• Develop product and destination knowledge to better assist customers
• Use effective sales techniques to create urgency and drive bookings
• Consistently deliver friendly, engaging service
• Participate in coaching and development activities to improve performance
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals

• Energetic and outgoing personality with a strong customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to attendance
• Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and improve
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
