Full-Time Machine Operator (Construction/Landscaping)

Pay rate: $18.00-$21.00 plus overtime

• Operates company machinery (trencher, ditch witch, skid steer, mini excavator, sweeper, bobcat, etc) in a safe and effective manner.
• Coordinates excavation efforts with other drivers and/or operators.
• Maintains the work equipment in orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations and preventative maintenance on machines are required.
• Mist be familiar with the basic machine functions.
• Navigates from site to site and communicates effectively with builders.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed
• Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
